Generation Climate Europe (GCE) is a youth-led European non-profit organisation representing young people’s voices in climate action, environmental justice, and sustainability policy across Europe. We work at the intersection of climate justice, social justice, youth participation, and systemic change, advocating for fair, inclusive, and science-based climate policies at both European and international level. Our network brings together youth organisations, activists, and young leaders from across the continent, with a strong focus on marginalised communities, intergenerational justice, and equity in the green transition. GCE’s work includes policy advocacy, capacity building, youth dialogues, public awareness campaigns, and grassroots support. We coordinate programmes such as Funding Fairer Futures, which supports community-led climate initiatives, and we actively contribute to discussions on a just transition, the new economy, biodiversity, clean mobility, and democratic participation at the European level. We would be delighted to connect with podcasters interested in topics such as climate change, youth activism, environmental justice, sustainability, European policymaking, and social impact.
At Generation Climate Europe, we see Podcasthon as a unique opportunity to raise our profile, reach new and diverse audiences, and strengthen support for youth-led climate action across Europe. Podcasts offer a powerful space for long-form, meaningful conversations, helping listeners connect with the human stories behind climate advocacy. Taking part in Podcasthon also aligns with our goal of expanding our crowdfunding campaign by increasing awareness of our work, building trust with new listeners, and encouraging deeper engagement with our initiatives. Greater visibility through podcasts helps us mobilise individual supporters, sustain our programmes, and ensure that youth and marginalised voices continue to be represented in climate decision-making.
