  1. WHAT IF I AM A USER AGED 16 OR UNDER?

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian’s permission before providing any personal information to Altruwe Foundation. Parent/Guardian consent should be forwarded to Altruwe Foundation by emailing contact@podcasthon.org. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

 

  1. HOW LONG WILL ALTRUWE FOUNDATION KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as necessary for the relevant activity, or as set out in any relevant contract you hold with Altruwe Foundation. If you cancel your registration or request to be removed from the Altruwe Foundation website as a member/customer, your account is deleted, and a red flag goes on the database. Altruwe Foundation cannot use the personal information.

 

  1. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF MY PERSONAL DATA?

Altruwe Foundation may process your personal data:

   – In accordance with your express consent given under the section below titled “Consent”;
