The Speak Feed Lead Project
Youth Development
The Speak Feed Lead Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children, teens, and adults through public speaking, communication skills, storytelling, and leadership development. Our mission is to help individuals discover the power of their voice and use it to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create positive change in their communities. Through one-on-one coaching, youth leadership programs, communication workshops, speaking competitions, retreats, and community events, we teach practical skills in public speaking, storytelling, conversation, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence. Our programs support youth in overcoming fear of speaking, developing confidence, and learning how to articulate ideas clearly and authentically. We work with students, families, educators, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to improve communication skills, develop leadership abilities, and learn how to share meaningful ideas that inspire others. Our youth programs help students gain confidence in school presentations, debate, interviews, and leadership opportunities, while our adult coaching supports speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals preparing for presentations, podcasts, conferences, and TEDx talks. The Speak Feed Lead Project also creates real-world speaking opportunities through summits, community events, and youth speaking platforms where participants can practice their message and develop their voice. Our work focuses on confidence-building, storytelling, communication mastery, and leadership development so individuals of all ages can speak with clarity, courage, and purpose. By helping people find and use their voice, we are building a generation of confident communicators, compassionate leaders, and courageous storytellers who can contribute meaningfully to their schools, workplaces, families, and communities. A few words to convince you?
I’m excited to participate in Podcasthon because it creates a powerful opportunity to amplify the voices and missions of nonprofits around the world. At The Speak Feed Lead Project, our work centers on helping people discover the power of their voice—so participating in a global podcast movement that uses conversation as a force for good feels perfectly aligned with our mission. Podcasts have the unique ability to connect people through authentic stories, and Podcasthon allows those stories to highlight the impact nonprofits are making in their communities. I’m grateful for the chance to share how communication, confidence, and leadership development can transform lives and empower the next generation to speak up, stand strong, and lead with purpose.
